He is survived by: his wife Marcia Phelps of Rumford; his children, Sara Jolicoeur of Turner, Aaron Jolicoeur (Jennifer) of Turner and Matthew Jolicoeur (Kristen) of Augusta; his grandchildren, Desmond, Rayna and Bane; and his brothers, Michael Jolicoeur of Greenville, TN and Alan Jolicoeur (Deberah).
