She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard G. Kittredge and Doris G. Kittredge (Allen); her husband Jean Pequignot; and her siblings, Mahlon, Richard and Beverly.
She is survived by: her children, Jodi O'Connell (Chris), Jeffrey Pequignot (Kathleen) and Jonathan Pequignot; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Jake, Jessica Pequignot, Maren and Jillian O'Connell; her sister Gloria Girolamo (John); and her caregiver Pam Daggett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
