She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Rick Weed; her parents, Rudolph Makray and Caroline Makray (Chebro); her former life partner Dick Pare; her caregiver Laura; her sister Linda Plourde; and also Nancy. She was also cherished by her husband, sister, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchild, uncle, aunts, cousins, friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Angel Flight Medical Transport in honor of Dona's name.
