He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McKinley Frank, Sr. and Anna Frank (Kovar). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Frank (Philipp); his children, Robert Frank III (Michelle) of Winterport and Heidi Patenaude (Sean) of Harvard, Massachusetts; and his grandchildren, Justin Patenaude, Madisson Frank and Alexander Frank.
