He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer "Heidi" Maddocks and Helen Maddocks (Hurlburt); and his brothers, Chester and Donald Maddocks. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Maddocks; his children, Holly Lounder (Scott) and Timothy Maddocks (Jacqueline Kassebaum); his grandchildren, Taylor Lounder (Rebecca Siracusa), Chelsea Kelly (Ian) and Jenna Bell; his great grandchildren, Vera, Winnifred and Annie; his brother Dale Maddocks; his uncle Earle Reed; and his cousin Elaine Lamadeline. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
