Bruce P. York Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce P. York Sr. (Harmony, Maine), who passed away on May 31, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Bruce may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bruce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Erlon York and Carolyn York (Deering); and his son David York. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" York (Cray) of Harmony; his children, Bruce York II (Roxie) of Harmony and Dorothy Michaud (York) of Harmony; his grandchildren, Jessica Beaulieu (Adam), Vicki York (Seth Mason), Joe York (Lauren), Samantha York (Brandon Hoffman) and Colby York; and his sisters, Glenda Sawyer of Gorham and Nona Laney (Ryan) of North Anson. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Harmony Elementary School (18 Main St, Harmony, ME 04942).
