He was predeceased by : his parents, Christian Dalgaard and Emma Dalgaard (Sørensen); and his siblings, Ellen Rutter, Kaj and Søren Dalgaard.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara; his daughters, Barbara Mahoney (Tim), Carolyn Howard (Mike), Debra Dalgaard and Evelyn Curtis (Eric); his stepson Glen Chaplin (Amy); his grandchildren, Hunter, Chris, Caryn, Mark, Durgin, Kirstin, Briana, Corbin, Melissa, Jonathan and Adam; and his cousin Lindy Dalgaard (Rita). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
