Barbara Welch Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 5, 2025, Barbara Welch (Hiram, Maine) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Chick and Agnes Chick; her husband Bertrand Welch Sr.; and her daughter Brenda Jones. She is survived by: her children, Wanda (Matt Eagan), Laura (Alan Small), Bethany Libby (Wanda) of Cranston and Bert (Holly Welch); her stepchildren, Nancy Ward of Scarborough, Sylvia and James Hawkes of Gorham Maine; her sister Phyllis Farrow of East Baldwin, Maine.; and her grandchildren, Derek, Amber, Jordan, Elisha, Darla, Tim, Sheryll, Lisa and Nicole. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Steep Falls Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Hiram Community Center (14 Historical Ridge Rd, Hiram, ME 04041).
