She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Merritt and Ruth Merritt (Welton); her husband Eugene "Butch" McCordic; her son Braden McCordic; her son-in-law Daniel Prosser; and her siblings, Millard Merritt, Robert Merritt, Doug Merritt, Connie McAfee and Richard Merritt.

She is survived by: her son Greg McCordic (Adrianne); her grandchildren, Kody and Dillan; her child Shannon Prosser; her grandchild Shasta Shields (Josh); her great grandchildren, Dayton and Lexi; her grandchildren, Kyal Prosser (Brittany) and Darren McCordic; her great grandchild Kilian; her siblings, Judy McCordic, Roger Merritt, Marion Bisson, Marilyn Merritt and Tommy Merritt; and her niece Tracy Rockwell. She is also survived by nephews, and cousins.
