He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia "Betty" Southard; and his sons, Wayne Allen Southard and Robert "Robbie" Richard Southard, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Michael Earl Southard of Hampden; and his girlfriend Lynne Ryan of Milo.
