He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith; his father Harvey Smith, Sr. of Hollis; his siblings, Harvey, Buck, Dennis Smith (Robin) of Cornish, Beverly Harris of Hollis, Deborah Garland of Hollis and Diane Meserve (Mike) of Hollis; his children, David Smith Jr. (Brenda) of Windham, Dee Dee Rawding (Stephen) of Westbrook and Danielle Smith (Barbara) of Hollis; and his grandchildren, Casandra, Tyson, Ian, Zachary, Kaytlin and Gianna.
