Jack (Kristin Forbush) and James Forbush (Lisa); her niece JoAnna Steeh (Ryan, family: Julia White); her brother Peter Forbush; her cousin Michael White of Florida; and her friend Laurie Scott (Roger) of Hermon, Maine.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
