He was predeceased by: his children, Roger and Karen; his nephew Timothy; and his son-in-law Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Noreen of Somerset, Kentucky; his daughter Lynn Lezotte of Levant, Maine; his grandchildren, Nichole Zuger of Science Hill, Joseph Lezotte, Christopher Lezotte of Bangor and Madison Winslow of North Carolina; and his sister Pamela Richardson of Houlton, Maine.. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
