He is survived by: his wife Judy Nicknair (Moreau); his children, Lisa Abdallah (Muda Abdallah) of Bangor, Mark Nicknair (Ellen Hawkins) of Southwest Harbor, Laurie Lipski of Houlton and Holli Nicknair (Jeff Cohen) of Portland, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Ashley Findlater, Jordyn Doody (Dalton), Amelia Findlater, Sarah Lepage, Jacob Lipski (Emily Lipski) and Hillary Mahr (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Ephraim, Elliott, Isla, Noah, Bryson, Elijah and Isabelle; his sisters, Barbara Shin and Theresa Slocomb; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne and Hilda Nicknair. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and furry friends.
