With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gregory M. Hurd Jr. (Houlton, Maine), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Hurd, (Hostetter) and Gregory Hurd, Sr. of Champaign, IL; and his pets, Cody and Pippy. He is survived by: his wife Jill Hurd of Hodgton; his daughter Beth Derome; his granddaughter Morgan; his sisters, Pat Reeves (family: Linda Tuttle) and Barbara Koivula; his nephew Caleb; and his stepchildren, Sherri French of Windham and Shawn French of Limerick.
Donations can be made in Greg's name to the Houlton Humane Society.
