He is survived by: his children, Hayden Jr. (Bub), Jodi Scott (Marc) of Lincoln and Stewart McCarthy (Jamie) of Houlton; his brothers, Clayton McCarthy (Debbie) and Royce McCarthy (Lori) of Mattawamkeag; and his grandchildren, Patrik, Kasey, Drew, Mason, Katie, Kayla, Emma and Ella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and special friends.
