Janice left this world on June 16, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Porter (Abner) and Mildred Porter (Burtt); her husband Walter J. Peabody; and her sister Marlene Dean. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Gervais (Marty) and Todd Peabody (Amy); her grandchildren, Porter Gervais (Destiny), Ian Gervais (Lexi), Sam Peabody (Lila), Gabrielle Peabody, Kashton and Maura Gervais; and her siblings, Mary Hughes and James Porter.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shiretown INN & Suites (282 North St, Houlton, ME 04730).
