He is survived by: his former wife Sheryl Sylvester; his child Stacy Pelkey (Stephanie Carmichael); his grandchildren, Elijah Archer, Kaiden and Brendon Pelkey of Presque Isle; his son Steven Pelkey; his grandchildren, Sophara and Alexander of Blaine; his daughter Sara Cohen-Stephen (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Brooke, Blake and Jessie of Northamptonshire, UK; and his siblings, David Pelkey (Lisa) of Presque Isle, Sandra Haines of Mapleton, Lois Haines of Presque Isle and Doris DeCoste of New York.
