He was predeceased by: his father Frank Smith; and his grandfather Ken Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer of Monticello; his son Conner (Abby) of Appleton; his mother Judy Pendleton; his brothers, Joe (Janet), Jimmy, Harry and Steve (Kathy); and his in-laws, Heather, Ralph Merrow, Melissa Trecartin and Jamie Hathaway (Jamie). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends and neighbors.
