He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Young and Genevieve Young (Beattie); and his siblings, Donald, Ora, Sonny, Juanita, Doreen and Roberta.
He is survived by: his wife Reta Young (Osnoe) of Silver Ridge; his children, Herb Young of Silver Ridge, Glenn Young of Sherman, Dolores Young of Carmel and Jerry Young (Tracy) of Silver Ridge; his grandchildren, Tamara, Steven, Joshua, Michael, Jaimie and Destiny; and his brothers, Dana Young (Colleen) of Michigan and Leland Hatt of Corrina. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
