Florence A. Potter Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Florence A. Potter of Howland, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Knights and Lydia Knights (Grass); her husband Calvin; her son Larry; her daughter-in-law Paula; and her great grandchild Nolan.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Potter of Portland, Patricia Lucas (Anthony) of Stetson and Judy Hanscom (Steve) of Lee; her daughter-in-law Martha Crocker; her grandchildren, Jamey, Jason, Jessica, Troy, Stacy, Ryan, Chad, Melissa and Erica; her great grandchildren, Sophey, Al, Ethan, Noah, Isabella, Emma, Kortney, Leine, Tyson, Evan Taylor and Maverick; and her brother Rodney Knights (Rachel) of Raymond.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Florence's in name can be made to Wytopitlock Baptist church.
