He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Stalter of Lincoln, Frederick Stalter Jr. of Dexter, Helen Santiago of Livingston, TX and Annette Kuhn of Quinlan, TX; his nieces and nephews, Keera Stalter of Milo, Zulma Santiago of Livingston, TX, Kaitlynn Faw of Knoxville, TN, Allyssa Stalter of Bangor, Katrina Stalter of Belfast, Kailee Stalter of Dexter, Kaden Stalter of Lincoln and Julio Santiago III of Livingston, TX; and his close friends, Douglas Grant of Hampden, Lisa Sholler of Howland, Josh Sholler of Bangor and Jakob Sholler of Bangor.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lincoln Christian Fellowship (689 W Broadway, Lincoln, ME 04457). The military honors will be held on Saturday, July 25th 2026 at 68 Taylor St, Lincoln, ME 04457.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bob's name to Lincoln Christian Fellowship and its ministries.
