She was predeceased by: her husband Paul D. Balthazar; and her son Scott Greenwood. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Miller of Michigan, Monique Balthazar of Winchendon, Erin Balthazar of Marlborough and Dana Balthazar (Michelle) of Winchendon, Massachusetts.; her sisters, Carolyn, Christine and Anita; her grandchildren, James, Matt, Nathan, Zack and Ashley; and her son Hunter. She is also survived by other great-grandchildren.
