She was predeceased by: her parents, John R Frank and Betty Frank (Keller); her grandparents, Thel and Louise Keller (Hatch); and her nephew Anthony Frank.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Lynsey of Brooke, BJ, Kenny, Nicole, Brian, Christopher, Ryan and Joel; her siblings, John, Russell (Bonnie), Bruce Frank (Bonnie J.) and Karen Grindle (Paul); and her friends, Shelly, Sarah, Sandy, Diane, Ace, Linda, Donnie, Rachael, Amy, Jenny, Wendy, Jess, Myra, Connie, Patti and Rita.
