He is survived by: his fiancée Althea Rackliff of Jay; his children, Danielle Richard (Keith Smith) of Livermore and Corey Richard (Ashley) of Vero Beach, FL.; his stepdaughter Tabatha Quirrion of Augusta; his grandchildren, Ava, Lea Smith and Sydney Richard; his stepchildren, Kristopher Arnold (Katie) of Farmington and Shae Gage (Corey Robinson) of Farmington; his stepgrandchildren, Kolten, Keegan, Arabella Arnold, Jaxson, Colt and Lilly Robinson; his brothers, David Richard (Barbara) of Jay and Jason Mills (Kristie) of Shreveport, LA; his stepbrother James Buck (Linda) of Jay; and his aunt Theresa Howatt. He is also survived by uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins.
