He was predeceased by : his parents, Roland "Happy" Foss and Ruth Foss (Rich). He is survived by : his children, Lisa Foss of Pinellas Park, FL, Scott Foss of Belfast, ME and Michael Perry of Livermore, ME; his siblings, Marilyn Rice of Derry, NH, Sharon Osborne of Exeter, NH and Ted Foss of Durham, ME; and his pet Mickey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
