It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra M Valley of Jay, Maine, born in Milford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, James A. Chipello and Marjorie Ann Chipello (Griswold); her husband Stephen Valley of Jay; her son James Valley (Joleen); her granddaughter Emma Grace of Richmond; and her siblings, James Chipello (Kim), Jackie Bedell (Jim), Rosa Demers and Paul Chipello. She is also survived by several cousins, nephews, and nieces.
