She is survived by: her husband John Chouinard, Jr. of Jay; her children, John Chouinard III (Jill) of Bucksport and Pamela Heird (David) of Goochland, VA; her grandchildren, Nicolas Chouinard, Kara, Taylor and Abigail Heird; her great grandchildren, Esme, Felix and Rudy; and her brother Donald Belleville (Mary) of Lewiston.
