She was predeceased by: her parents, Camille Belleville and Leonie R. Belleville (Lavoie). She is survived by: her husband John Chouinard, Jr. of Jay; her children, John Chouinard III (Jill) of Bucksport and Pamela Heird (David) of Goochland, VA; her grandchildren, Nicolas Chouinard, Kara, Taylor and Abigail Heird; her great grandchildren, Esme, Felix and Rudy; and her brother Donald Belleville (Mary) of Lewiston.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Finley Funeral Home (15 Church St, Livermore Falls, ME 04254). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
