He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allen, Sr. and Myrtle Allen (Smith); his grandson Lance Allen; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Ferland and Charlie Crafts.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Allen of Jay; his children, Gene Allen, Jr. (Debra) of Jay, Lisa Jackson (Robert) of Carthage and Peggy Giroux (Steve) of Portland; his grandchildren, Brenda, Justin, Jacob, Taylor, Grant, Tyler and Sydney; and his siblings, Charles Allen, Jr. (Bernice), Robert Allen (Mary), Patricia Ferland and Juanita Crafts. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
