She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Harris and Vere Harris (Batchelder); her husband Walter C. Asselin; her stepson George Legere; her daughters, Mary and Marie Asselin; and her brother Leo Harris.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Schmidt of Buckfield and Cheryl Schmidt (Corey) of Fayette; and her stepdaughter Bonnie Chassie (Tom) of Mexico. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
