She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene "Mickey" Poulin and Helen Poulin (Richards); her husband James Cieslak of Gary, Indiana.; and her brothers, James and Ricky Poulin.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Perreault (Derek) of Rio Rancho, Marcy Clark (Richard) of Buckfield and Ryan Cieslak of Lewiston; her grandchildren, Eric Crowley, Michelle Bailey, Matthew and Morgan Cieslak; her great grandchild Lydia Grace Crowley; and her siblings, Daniel Poulin (Judy) of Jay, Brenda Lachapelle (David) of Livermore and Terry Averill (Bert) of Dixfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and friends.
