He is survived by: his wife Rita Ditata of Jay; his daughters, Angela Chretien (David Stanford) of Waterville and Nicole Ditata of Jay; his granddaughter Elizabeth Nancy Chretien (Travis Blanchard) of Livermore; his siblings-in-law, Michael Baker of Florida, Daniel Roy (Rose) of Poland, Randall Roy (Denise) of Glenburn and Sheila Lomac (James) of Cape Elizabeth; his son-in-law Mark Chretien of Livermore; his sister-in-law Vicki Roy of Raymond; and his close friends, Day Surgery, Dr. Mazoki and Dr. Jastram. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jay VFW Post #3335 (64 Jewell St, Jay, ME 04239).
