He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Hebert, Sr. and Olive Hebert (Labbe); his wife Barbara "Joyce" Hebert; and his brothers, George, Francis "Frannie" and Robert Hebert.

He is survived by: his godsons, Brian Brewer (Marguerite Davis) of Jay and Doug Ferland (Jill) of Jay; and his sibling's children, Fred Abbott, Jeffrey Hebert and Cindy Hebert.
