He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Couture and Josephat Couture; his siblings, Paul, Real, Jeanne D'Arc and Arlene; and his granddaughter Renee.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; and his children, Michael (Cynthia) of Moultonborough, NH, Lisa (Tony) of Quinton, VA, Pamela (James) of Jay, ME and Dean (Erin) of Farmington, ME.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
