He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin S. Norris and Verna Norris (Cressey); his wife Jean M. Beaulieu of Jay; his daughter-in-law Theresa Norris; and his siblings, Carroll, Raymond, William "Bunky", Ralph Norris, Hilda Whittemore, Helen Stanhope, Florance Ireland and Marion Herrin.
He is survived by: his sons, Russell Norris, Jr. of Biddeford and Randall Norris of Norway; his grandchildren, Nissa Norris and Teila Norris-Julien (Andy); his great grandchildren, Gabriella and Hayden Norris; his sister Ella Wilkins of Livermore Falls; his sister-in-law Evelyn Chabot (Normand) of Livermore Falls; and his niece Sherry Labbe (Jason) of Livermore. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
