He is survived by: his wife Florence Murphy Welch; his daughters, Charity Welch (Dennis Judkins) of Wiscasset and Faith Mason (Brian) of Jay; and his grandchildren, Breanne Cochran of Farmington, Dakota Cochran of Jay, Sarah (Anthony Ridley) of Jay, Mickenzy (Nicole Breton) of Livermore Falls and Corbin Breton of Chicopee, Mass..
