It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendy A Perkins of Jefferson, Maine, born in Augusta, Maine, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, James, Joyce Caulfield, Harvey and Beverly Perkins; and her uncles, John and Bob.

She is survived by : her parents, William D. Perkins and Joanne Caulfield; her brother Perkins, Jr. (Amy) of Whitefield; her niece Jenna Perkins of Whitefield; her nephew Dakota Perkins of Whitefield; her great-nephew Colson Perkins of Whitefield; her aunts and uncles, Billy, Jane Boisvert of Jefferson, Joseph and Twyla Caulfield of Jefferson; and her cousins, Jeremy Caulfield and Chad Boisvert of Newcastle.
