The passing of John Stuart Ober of Kennebunk, Maine leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 21, 2025 at the age of 84. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Thomas J. and David A. Ober. He is survived by: his wife Bethany "Bette" Ober; his children, Ruth Livermore (Robert) and John Arthur Ober (Holly Nelson); his grandchildren, Kelsey Livermore, Krystal Livermore (Dalton Binette), Kyle Livermore (Kaley Olmstead), Alexander and Eli Ober; and his great grandchild Harper Livermore. He is also survived by extended family including many nieces and nephews; friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bibber Memorial Chapel - Kennebunk (67 Summer St, Kennebunk, ME 04043). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
