She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Sokol and Louise Sokol (Marsolek); her husband John E. Brentzel; her son John C. Brentzel; and her siblings, Harriet Zagozda, Barbara Ekeler, John "Jack" Sokol and Joann Kosch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marie Bergin (Kevin), Debbie Brentzel and Cheryl Howe (Stephen); and her granddaughters, Megan Bergin and Ashley Ramsey (Connor). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
