He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mickeriz and Bernadette Mickeriz. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mickeriz (Aylward); his daughters, Elizabeth Lepisto (Mike) of Kennebunk, Laura Briggs (Frank) of Kennebunk and Kristen Giles of Shapleigh; his grandchildren, Ryzen Mickeriz, Jacob Cook and Lola Cook; and his siblings, Michael Mickeriz, Erika Myer and Stephen Mickeriz. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
