He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lown and Margaret Lown (Minahan); his brother Mike; and his wife Pixie. He is survived by: his friends, Evinrude, Davidson, Uhlein and Miller; his sister Margie Ann Fuhr of Georgetown; his children, Anne Lown (Rick Hecht) of Portland, Brad Lown (Christyn Sieve) of Portsmouth, NH and Sarah Lown; and his grandchildren, Tania, Rachel Lown-Hecht of Portland, Frances Lown of Portland, Abigail Lown of Brooks and Peter Lown of Somerville Massachusetts. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church (114 Main St, Kennebunk, ME 04043).
