Steven Thyng Obituary

He is survived by: his parents, John A. Thyng and Claudette M. Thyng (Godbout) of Kennebunk; his sons, Michael Thyng of Kennebunk and Joshua Thyng (Alyssa) of Bangor; his fiancé Kim Grenier of Dayton; his siblings, John Thyng (Tina) of Mapleton, Maine, Gail Kenney (Jim) of Rockland and Karen McGlynn (Pat) of Virginia; and his cousins, Roger Smith, Sherman and Jimmy Thyng. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bibber Memorial Chapel - Kennebunk (67 Summer St, Kennebunk, ME 04043). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (434 Elm St, Biddeford, ME 04005).
