He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cyril and Lillian Jean Stewart Bell; and his father-in-law Christopher Cleaver. He is survived by: his children, Caroline (Raymond Ritchie) and Jamie (Kristina Sumption Bell); the mother of his children Susan Cleaver Bell; his grandchildren, Alexandra Lilly, Carolina Rose, Anna Sophia Ritchie, Luke James and Marit Emily Bell; his sisters, Theodora Stewart Osgood and Beck Stewart Wharton; and his parents-in-law, Stephen Cleaver (Virginia) and Jill Cleaver Noftall (late Alvin Noftall). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and friends.
