He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dicey and Christine Dicey. He is survived by: his daughter Karen Dicey; his son-in-law Steve Osciak; his children, Howeina Lariviere and Howard Dicey; and his friend Philip Larrivee (Nicole). He is also survived by nephews, nieces.
