He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Goulet and Theresa R. Roy Goulet; and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Ouellette; his children, Michael R. (Kayla Begin) and Mackenzie Tarves of Sabattus; and his siblings, Ronald (Jaye) of Lewiston and Elaine (Ronald Biron) of Lewiston.
