He was predeceased by: his daughter Brianna. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Collins; his daughters, Gabriella and Raylee; his stepchildren, Molina and Marshall; his parents, Fred Sr. Collins and Paula Collins; and his brothers, Fred Jr., Quenten and Josh Collins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fortin & Pinette Group Funeral Home (217 Turner St, Auburn, ME 04210). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the North Auburn Cemetery (224 Skillings Corner Rd, Auburn, ME 04210).
