We announce the death of Cecile Juliette Chenard of Lewiston, Maine, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 89. Cecile will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Pomerleau and Yvonne Harp; her former husband Lionel Cote; her husband Romeo Chenard; and her brothers, Reo Pomerleau, Romeo Pomerleau and Roland Pomerleau.
She is survived by: her sons, Romeo Cote (Tina) and Mike Cote (Crystal); and her grandchildren, Tina, Heidi, Ray, Erica, Erin, Ryan, Michael, Mindy, Brianna and Douglas. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Crosman Funeral Home (40 Main St, Lisbon, ME 04252). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Parish (67 Frost Hill Ave, Lisbon, ME 04252). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the St Ann's Cemetery.
