He is survived by: his mother Margaret Howes (McHale); his close friend Bette Barajas; his children, Jacqueline Howes of Lewiston, ME, Sherri Sylvester (Chad) of Sabattus, ME, Crystal Howes (Derek) of Lewiston, ME and Shane Howes (Bobbie Lee) of Carmel, ME; his sister Margaret Howes of Florida; his sister-in-law Kathy of Ft. Myers, FL; and his grandchildren, Makayla, Mackenzie, McKenna, Adrianna (Davion), Bryson, Divine, Paige and Sophia.
