David LeRoy Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David LeRoy of Lewiston, Maine, born in Simsbury, Connecticut, who passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Livingston LeRoy and Kathryn LeRoy (Shepherd); and his nephew Johnny LeRoy. He is survived by: his son Jacob LeRoy; his daughter-in-law Brandi of Bangor; his grandchildren, Jayden, Benjamin and Cecily LeRoy of Bangor; his brother John LeRoy; his sister-in-law Cheri of San Marcos, California.; and his nieces, Hilary Hotchkiss and Amy Warthen. He is also survived by several grand-nieces and a grand-nephew.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Divinci's.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Thorncrag Bird Sanctuary, P.O. Box 3172, Lewiston, ME 04243—a place that brought him both peace and purpose.
