He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Maynard and Claire Maynard (Carbonneau); his son Eric Maynard of Pasadena, MD; his wife Leona (Renaud); and his son Thomas.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Ashley Maynard of Brunswick, MD; his great grandchild Addison Maynard; and his siblings, John Maynard of Brownville, ME, Earl Maynard, Judith DeMaria, Barbara Lavallee and Theresa Spacciapoli.
